Iron Grip Upgrades Their Popular Group Strength Line

May 2001, Costa Mesa, CA –Iron Grip Barbell Company, the respected leader in commercial free weight equipment, has updated their feature-rich Group Strength™ line with an improved equipment offering. In response to customer requests, Iron Grip introduced a newly designed and more competitively priced rack, as well as a longer, sturdier chromed straight bar that enables members to load more weight on the bar – up to 100lbs. This new bar also offers comfortable knurling for a more secure gripping area. These new additions make a perfect match with Group Strength™ weight plates that share all the same patented features found in Iron Grip Olympic plates. They have two integrated handgrips for improved handling, versatility and safety, plus Iron Grip’s distinctive, patented 12-sided shape that minimizes dangerous rolling.
