Iron Grip Names VP of Sales and Senior Account Executive

Iron Grip Barbell Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Donna McCallum
to Vice President of Sales, and Shawna Healy to Senior Account Executive.
Ms. McCallum joined the company in 1999 as Account Executive and quickly
rose to several supervisory and management positions. She has been instrumental
in developing Iron Grip's position as an industry leader in both sales and
customer service. As Vice President of Sales, Ms. McCallum will be responsible
for continued development of new business opportunities, managing Iron Grip's
national and international accounts, and supervising Iron Grip's in-house Account
Executive team. Along with a strong fitness background, Ms. McCallum brings with
her 13 years of experience in luxury retailing at Nordstrom, as well as 8 years
of sales experience with several premium cosmetics manufacturers. McCallum has
been with Iron Grip for 5 years.

and in the cosmetics industry," says Michael Rojas, President. "Her management
experience and personal commitment to her work has helped us develop an
outstanding team of professional and dedicated Account Executives, and her
skills at developing relationships with her accounts has helped us to forge
strong alliances within our industry.
Ms. Healy joined Iron Grip in 2000, as a recent graduate from California
Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she earned a degree in
Kinesiology. In her new position as Senior Account Executive, she will be
responsible for managing sales in a territory comprised of the Midwestern
and Southeastern US. In addition, she is responsible for all vertical market
accounts and will lead the Account Executive team.

guidance, training and advice, so this is natural transition for her."
