Group Strength^® offers clubs a truly commercial quality alternative to the equipment that's currently used in group strength training classes. urethane-encased Group Strength plates share all of the same, patented features found in the Iron Grip Olympic plates. They have two integrated handgrips for improved handling, versatility and safety, plus Iron Grip's distinctive, patented 12-sided shape that minimizes dangerous rolling. Plates can be held comfortably by the grips for use in a variety of exercises that would typically require a dumbbell.

Group Strength is available for clubs in a 20-user pre-pack that provides each individual user with two 10 lb., two 5 lb. and two 2.5 lb. urethane-encased standard plates, a chromed straight bar, and a pair of Muscle Clamp™ collars. Commercial-grade Muscle Clamp collars are extremely durable and provide a secure fit to keep plates from sliding off the bars. In addition, they can be locked and unlocked easily with one hand to facilitate quick plate changes during class.

Group Strength sets can be stored neatly and safely on the heavy-duty, welded Group Strength rack. The rack is designed so it can be locked quickly and easily with just one lock, so plates, bars and collars are secure during non-class hours. Rack Locking Set includes nylon-coated cable and heavy-duty key lock. The rack is large enough to hold a complete club pack of 20 Group Strength sets, plus up to 5 additional sets. (Additional sets can be purchased separately, see price list for details.) Approximately 62" H x 72" L x 28" D. Please allow clearance of at least 12" on both sides of rack to accommodate opening storage doors.
