IMPEX develops, manufactures, and distributes products under the Marcy, MAX, and Iron Grip Strength™ brands, exclusively under license from Iron Grip.

These products can be found at many of IMPEX’s authorized retailers, including the following sporting goods and big box stores nationwide: Sears, Costco, Walmart, Big 5, Oshman's, The Sports Authority, Modell's, Fingerhut, Sports Chalet, Play it Again Sports, Dick's Sporting Goods and others.

Marcy Grip standard weight plates (for 1 inch diameter bars) offer many features found on Iron Grip's commercial line of Olympic plates, including patented handgrips and a 12-sided "anti roll" design. Integrated handgrips allow the plates to be easily carried and lifted, enhancing their usability and safety. Because they can be comfortable handled by the grip, these weight plates also duplicate the function of a dumbbell for many exercises, providing additional utility for the home user.
MAX Olympic weight plates (for bars with 2 inch diameter sleeves) also feature Iron Grip’s patented two-grip design. They feature a round shape and a hammertone grey finish.
Iron Grip Strength™ is a high-end, yet moderately priced brand that encompasses a variety of home gym options, including benches and free weights, as well as multifunction, single-station selectorized strength equipment.
