and carrying a plate with opposing grips enables the palms and wrists to

biomechanically well situated to lift and hold heavy objects, this
is an ideal method of lifting.

Imported urethane, American-made urethane... What’s the difference?
Plates are available in 2.5 lb., 5 lb., 10 lb., 25 lb.,
35 lb., 45 lb. and 100 lb. sizes, with kilogram equivalent
weight markings on all sizes. Urethane plates also available
for the international market in exact kilogram increments of 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, and
25 kg. All IGX Olympic plates carry a one-year warranty against
breakage for the original owner.
